Q1: When do my attendees receive the certificate(s)?

Goldcast starts sending certificates 2 hours after the event ends. Delivery time after that point varies depending on the number of certificates generated for that event, so events with a larger volume of qualifying attendees can take longer to finish sending.

Q2: Should I configure CPE at the template level or the event level?

Use the template level when you want the same CPE setup reused across future events. Use the event level when you need event-specific rules or overrides.

Q3: Do changes to a template update existing events?

No. Existing events keep their current configuration unless you edit them directly.

Q4: What type of certificate does the attendee receive?

Qualifying attendees receive the certificate as a PDF attachment in the selected delivery email.

Q5: Can I review which attendees received certificates?

Yes. Use the Certificates area and reporting views to review audit and usage information.
