After the event ends, Goldcast evaluates attendee activity against the eligibility rules you configured.
If an attendee qualifies:
- Goldcast sends the selected email.
- The email includes the certificate as a PDF attachment.
- Certificate activity becomes available in reporting and audit views.
If an attendee does not qualify, Goldcast does not send a certificate.
